ICSA's Secretariat is domiciled in the New York offices of the Securities Industry and Finacial Markets Association. The Secretariat is involved in a number of key areas, including: liaison and cooperation with ICSA's members; participation in the determination of ICSA's financial budgets and the allocation of resources; organization of Annual General Meetings and all other ICSA meetings; and coordination of all ICSA Working Groups. ICSA's Secretariat is headed by Dr. Marilyn Skiles, the Secretary General of ICSA.
